Re: --Edited by Moreless--
Hi - this is rather confusing! I am not sure if I am replying to Moreless or Hveragerthi!
But, I just wanted to add that, as to the placebo effect, my very initellectual science-oriented (he edits science textbooks) brother in law said the same thing - placebo effect. However, before I started applying the principles here, I had been through a dozen so-called cures I fully believed in such as chinese herbs, detox foor pads, this and that concoction, you name it, and I believed fully in all of them. If the placebo effect was in force here, I would have responded to those other treatments I so believed in at the time, but I didn't.
I understand what you are saying that testimonials are not "evidence" in the world of science. One needs very rigorous methods, etc. But, if the object is wellness, for those who are finding it here, scientific rigors are not important. If you are looking for a progranm that will help you get better, why not be your own guinea pig and make it as scientifically rigorous as possible so you can see if it helps you?
