Hi Suz. I've never heard of Miracle-Mineral-Supplement causing any intestinal or rectal bleeding.
Have you have any change in bowel movement at all with Miracle-Mineral-Supplement , no D at all?
MMS actually stopped my intestinal bleeding but did this more so when it initially caused more D and I like Amato used 15drops once a day but lime activated and with pinapple juice.

The only way to get a diagnosis is to consult a doctor who should do an examination
such as a sigmoidoscopy to be sure but the most likely is haemorroids or maybe diverticulosis or some injury to the rectum.
Pysillium, if the husks only, wouldn't cause this as they are very soft. but whole psyllium might

I would take no more than 6 drops Miracle-Mineral-Supplement and take it once a day if you want to continue and go from there but stop any increase if it again causes a problem.
For the sinus and bronchial problem I would go for potassium iodide( SSKI )which is very good for respiratory problems rather than MMS Tweet
