I really have no health problems (chronic) to speak of. Never have the reah (D) or get indigestion... nothing like that. I am trying to get over an ongoing sinus and bronchial infection.

I have been taking all my doses with distilled water and am careful not to ingest anything for a while afterwards. I have been taking 1 P&B shake a day. Am also careful on the Vit C... not taking any supplements.

If you read my post a similiar thing happened around the same dosage a couple of weeks ago. The thought of taking 15 drops is scarey. The last time I increased from 6 to 8 I had a bad stomach ache for several days. So I stopped and started over.

Maybe I should be taking with juice? and eating sooner afterwards? I hate to stop but it is rather alarming to see blood.

No anal sex.. no hemorroids that I'm aware of anyway.

Thanks for your input.. not like I can call the Dr. and say.. hey what's up with this.
