I don't think there is anything you can do about cystic Acne to be honest. Washing your face more than 2 times a day won't help with cysts and will only irritate your skin. Stress brings on the big ones for me, so try to relax and not worry about it as much. Exercising is healthy, and I don't recommend to cut back, but it is certainly going to inflame and make your big acne's more red and noticeable. Try icing down your face at night and after you work out. Keep one of those gel ice packs in the freezer and put it on your forehead after you work out and for a couple mins. before bed. It might help lessen the inflammation.
