I know what you mean about chewing my food! I often get so anxious when eating, either because I'm hungry or stressed out, and I have to consciously remind my self to chew really well! I will try the pancreatin and HCL together.....but one more question: what is okay to take together before a meal? For instance, can I take the pan/hcl as well as my psyllium product together before a meal? As well, what about the bifidus and liquid multi? I've been trying to spread them out throughout the day, and not take more than two at a time, but it's so confusing, because they all say to take either before or with meals!
