Order of things

So do I understand this correctly? I can start with the Lemon/Syrup fast and P&B at the same time all the while drinking tons of water. Then when I can no longer fast (depending on my own body fat level and threshhold tolerance or sensitivity to fasting), I can gradually start eating again starting with OJ etc but stay on the P&B even though I'm no longer doing the Lemonade but still maintaining the greater water levels. Then after that I plan on going on a low mucus producing version of "The Zone" diet (and more water). At what point do I stop the P&B? Then I'd like to do a parasite cleanse and a liver cleanse. But what kind of timing am I looking at for these? Will my body tell me when I'm ready? I don't want to do it all at once the first time. I already know that if this is a successful procedure for me, I'll be doing it over and over for the rest of my life.

I know, I know, lots of questions. But I have to say I'd love if someone would just tell me Day 1. Get up at 6:00 am drink 8 oz of water, at 7 am have P&B and then lemonade and then chase with 8 oz of water at 8am arrive at office and drink 8 oz of water during the next hour..........etc. If I get good at this after going through it once or twice, maybe I'll put up an example myself on one of those free web page sites. I don't think it should be this difficult but I've been reading old postings for a few days now and I still don't think I've covered all the ifs thens and buts of the process.

One really good discovery, there's a homeopathic type store about 15 miles from my office that sells P&B by the ounce.
