Hi NewLeaf...yes, that sounds like a very good approach. It will be far easier to see what effects are from what, by doing just the Master-Cleanse and B&P first. Good idea.

The 7 pages contain bits and pieces of information from this site, other sites and things people have said on this site and my experience. Basically, it tells them why they'd want to do it (all the scientific stuff) and how they'll feel afterwards...then How to do it. I was thinking of putting it up on the web just for people on curezone to access (because I could just tack it on to my already existing webpage, but all on it's own, ya know?).(but it really is just a conglomeration of information that is already on here) My friends and family have responded *really* well! They are all really into it! I think it will be easy for you to approach them after you've experienced it all yourself. (that's what happened with me) Because the proof is in the pudding! My boyfriend got out that penny, (everyone loves it when we tell that one! ha...over and over again...) I had an 18" long mucoid plaque rope (as well as other shorter, different ones)...my energy was great during the Fast and I feel bright and energetic still...so they see that and think: Yes!
