Thanks for all your comments. I think the Depression was offset by fasting. I do have a history of depression. I felt fine at the start of the fast then towards the end by day 7, everything made me feel sad and I looked really exhausted and people even commented on how sad and tired I looked.I would cry for no reason. I think it is psychological too, because the second I started eating I wasn't depressed anymore and felt fine. It was a really exstreme shift. Very weird.
