thankyou peggyaus and valerie,
i would like to do a parasite cleanse in a months time and its been adviced that i do a Bowel Cleanse first, are colonics/enemas enough for bowel cleansing or would i need herbs as well to get rid of impacted matter. like dr shultze#2 (i dont fancy his formula#1)
