i have made this point about CS many times and have come across lots of incredulity. i have even had folks argue that somehow the silver magically knows which bacteria is beneficial and which is harmful and only kills the harmful bacteria! not so! its an 'anti biotic' which means it kills any bacteria it comes across, good or bad.

dont get me wrong, CS is an awesome weapon to have in your arsenal and has amazing healing properties. just dont be thinking it can be used whenever and however you like with no negative ramifications.

now CS topically is a different story. i love using it topically and dont really feel there is much, if any, risk to that.

i think this concept is one reason why people have such a hard time defeating candida, they only think about 'kill kill kill' the candida, but they dont realize they are also killing off the beneficial bacteria that will being balance and healing to their bodies. Tweet
