I am also doing the Old Amish so - yikes! You really got a result there. Did you just take the Amish for the 5 days? Seems like such a short course. And the 3 tbs maintenance dose, are you taking that? All in one go or on seperate days? How much Amish did you use in the enema? (I hadn't thought to try that...) Hope you dont mind all the questions.

I also had a lot of Sushi, and until BSE I used to love Steak Tartar - heaven knows, I probably have got a prize worm in there somewhere...
