I knew you were looking on the net for me (thanks) and I looked until I thought my eyeballs were going to fall out. I couldn't find anything that shape either. Then I thought maybe they're alfalfa seeds (I eat a lot of alfalfa sprouts), but what are the chances of having that many seeds in there ? and why would they come out in masses once in a while and none at all most of the time. It's making me crazy.

Haven't seen ANYTHING that remotely looks like a parasite. I can't believe I don't have parasites...I have a dog, 4 chickens, a cat and a lovebird. I constantly have my hands in the dirt in the garden. So I guess it's highly likely that I'm passing something that's too small to see ??

I wonder if I have something that's really big and old and attached that won't come out ? even with all the things I'm doing. Does that sound possible ? Is there anything else I can do ?
