Re: any ED success stories out there?

Nothing would reinforce your viewpoint better than a success story Rainy Day!

I believe from Anya that a detailed questionnaire is done after one full year is passed, and the person concerned has to have not resorted to binging, purging or any any other behavior associated with an eating disorder during that period, to be considered ED free.

I would love to see a success story here along similar lines!

But in the mean time the idea is to tackle the root of the problem, namely the emotional side of things, to prevent the ED having any harmful or permanent effects. They can have some very harmful effects, such as organ failure or death in some cases, depending on the type of ED, the latter (death) being particularly permanent.

So let's just have ONE verifiable success story, please. Then the FAQ can be modified.

In the meantime, let's stick with what's safe.
