vit c and ice is fine, taking 20 tablets of vit c maybe a bit much, but hey, if it get rid of it, i'm game, but silver is a no no, i live in italy and can get nothing from anywhere, i live in a culture that thinks plastic and cement are the way forward and doctors are GODS, i think they listen to doctors more that the pope.......
