green juices are overlooked way too often. spinach, lettuce, kale, chard, etc. no Sugar and tons of minerals and enzymes. how can you go wrong?

i think a juice with say 50% greens, plus 30% apples, plus 10% carrots and 10% lemon is SUPERB!

also, why do you recommend apples over carrots? aren't apples high in Sugar also?
