The one thing that you failed to do is to look back and check. Sometime back in late July or early August, from what I recall, the Humaworm facility suffered a major fire. The have been trying to recover for months and I think that it is really unfair for people to come on here brandishing irresponsible claims.

They also probably sent you e-mails but it is quite likely that your spam filter or the spam filter on your host chunked them.

It is important that anytime that you expect any e-mail from a vendor, you need to put their e-mail in the allow function of your spam filters.
