No, actually I never put in a formal complaint against Humaworm yet.   I truly listened to you all-- for all these months --vouching for them.   So I just gave them time, but I was just about to put in a complaint TODAY (finally-   after I had tried emailing them and posting here with no replies from them) and that is when I realized there had been a refund.

I encourage anyone who is having a problem to email them with a very specific subject line, and then be sure to check for refunds because they must not be able to reply to emails....
