refund received!
OK, SO I am the one who was so upset about not getting their order since JULY 3rd. I seriously thought they had cheated me out of my money. However, I was calling the bank of my debit card and was going to see about what I could do only to find out that they had obviously issued a refund! I have NO idea when they did that. I am mostly surprised that they would not have just sent me the herbs that I wanted so they could have the business, and I would think they could have emailed me back or called or something to notify me.
Anyway, I am thankful that they issued the refund. At this time, I will take back all the criticism of them. I think they are truly struggling I guess. I admit I am VERY leery about putting in another order with them.... if I could even CONTACT them I would feel much better about giving them my business, but maybe I will wait to see if they ever get their act together and have a decent communication system with their customers or potential customers... or maybe I will just go with a different company, although I don't want to since I've heard such good things about this product... anyway, I want to thank everyone for caring enough to listen and respond... I hope that anyone else who hasn't received their order gets it resolved and either gets the order or gets a refund... be sure to call your bank, paypal, or wherever AFTER emailing Humaworm. Maybe they are quickly issuing refunds to problem orders (without taking the time to reply)... so be sure to check your balance of any account you use.
