Re: SWF Safety

The ratio mix of the SWF is the same as the saline solution they use in IVs and for irrigation purposes at the hospital. This mix is the same specific gravity as blood so your system won't absorb it.The SWF is not anything new. It is an old Ayurvedic protocol that has prolly been around a few hundred years.

As a safety measure to make sure the system is well hydrated and doesn't try to retain all fluids including the SWF first thing in the morning I will drink 16 oz of plain water to assure hydration. If by 1hr after doing the SWF I haven't had a movement I will drink another qt of plain water. If the eliminations seem minimal 2 hrs after doing the SWF  I will down another qt of plain water to make sure the system will flush out any residual salt that might have stayed in the system.
