If you want to do a juice fast, I think you had better do it after thanksgiving, or give thanksgiving a miss. You have only just broken this fast in time, see

My advice is to just accept putting on some of the weigh you lost, it is a natural part of the fasting process. You can lose it all on the next one, and more, if you are still overweight.

Some here such as Severin have done water and juice fasts back to back, but if you do that I think you can say bye bye to your thanksgiving meal.

I generally break mine of fresh soft fruit such as oranges, apples, pears, cherries, then build up to salad, vegetables fish and so on. I am much happier once BMs return. That usually takes a few days for me after say a 10 day fast.
