Twelve days is great!
If you drink orange juice for the next week you will be officially doing an orange juice fast.
That is good but you don't want to step from there to the plate of turkey. That is not good.
Be sure to gradually work back to a normal diet over at least several days before having meats.
After juice it would be fruits, then light salads, then vegetables etc.
This is critical to get the systems active again and up to speed in order to handle the normal diet again.
Remember everything has been shut down for a while and it doesn't wake up right away like a light switch.
Its very gradual and slower than you would think.
If you overload too quickly the foods do not get processed properly and literally turn bad in your system, undoing some of the benefits of the fast.
This is the most challenging area of fasting and its always better to take it slower rather than not.
Bill Clintons famous line "sooner rather than later - more rather than less", does not apply here.
The reverse does though.
