Hi Donn, thanks for the support and advice. =) How many days would you suggest I drink orange juice, then move to eating the fruits, then to salads, etc.? I have 11 days before Thanksgiving. hehe, I probably wont eat to much meat on thanksgiving either, im looking forward more to veggie platters and my moms stuffed mushrooms. =)
