Try a zapper along with the herbs to treat the candida. It's done wonders for me.

As to the garlic question. My sister has cats just like I do. She has eaten garlic off and on for years. When we both decided to do a parasite cleanse I passed lots of stuff. She passed a little bit of stuff. We decided that it had to be the garlic that had kept her mostly cleaned out.
