Oh Thank you so much! I feel like an idiot but have never done this before... this could be very interesting. is there an "urgency to go afterwards?" Do you like go right away? Do big long creapy crawly things come flying out of you like something out of Alien??? Sorry for the questions but want to know what to expect.
