That's great to hear. I'm 1 1/2 months into the diet and I'm feeling better everyday. I had actually had a sex drive today (I've had no libido for years) and I've enjoyed sex for the 1st time in a long time! I've been slowly introducing fruit into my diet. But just low Sugar fruits like berries and I do maybe 3 berries every few days. It's good to hear others making progress. Hopefully by Christmas I can enjoy a piece of pumpkin pie without it bothering me!
