As for me, I include complex carbs sparingly in my diet to prevent hypoglycemia too. So far it's working.
Meditation and stress management helps with the panic attack quite well.
It's been a long time since I feel this good :-)
I had cucumber juice yesterday morning along with my omellette for breakfast. It tastes calming, you should try it too. Good for digestion system.
