I moisturize and peel them whenI can now I used to leave them alone to 'heal' but realised after 4 years that it does not make any diffencee.

The yellowish tinge is just a build up of deadskin skin that ends up looking yellowish. Its just dirt and old skin making the colour, the original skin that keeps overturning on the lip is clear.

No infection or anything so you can rule that out.

So what did all the derms advise you to do in the end?
