OMG you poor woman. My heart goes out to you. It really does. The only advice I can give you with that would be. Legally if he is not on the lease. Then you have the right to tell him to get his stuff and get out. Because you've tried talking to him and that's not working. So if his name is not on the lease legally. Than he can go by you telling him so. Or you can consult with your landlord to see if they would remove your name from the lease and just find another place. Let him have the apartment. Tweet
