Wow, now this is what I like. Everyone sharing their healthy eating. With me I do take kelp but take it in a capsule along side the smoothie as it has a nasty taste. Spinach is so healthy but some have had problems with spinach everyday, because of pain. Anyone who has pain should alternate spinach where they take it one day and the next day take different greens such as kale, cabbage, swiss chard, arugula (my favorite) romaine lettuce never ice berg, etc. What I do is take three of the greens and mix, such as cabbage, lettuce and arugula and use that one day and then spinach the next.
