Many people are suffering the effects
of progressive sleep deprivation and/or
stress. Caffeine, supplements~~nothing
will replace the benefits of getting
adequate rest and good nutrition.
You could be dealing with
parasite and
candida issues, especially if you find
yourself "craving" foods which are high
in
Sugar content. While it would be best
to also address these issues, getting
