I disagree. Siberian is not even a true ginseng, and I have never seen any real evidence that is raises blood pressure. In fact, as an adaptogen it can act as a natural beta blocker. Good quality Korean can though due to the CNS stimulant effect. Sterols on the other hand relax blood vessels lowering blood pressure, so you may want to look in to jiaogulan. Ashwagandha (Indian ginseng) is also excellent as it is a natural beta blocker and ACE inhibitor.
