Re: Enema frequency Hi, this is a question that comes up quite often, and there is no single answer that addresses each case. Each person is an individual, and depending on the condition of their health, their diet and lifestyle, plus the genetics they were born with, it's one of those questions that can only be answered by "it depends".
See http://curezone.com/forums/fm.asp?i=1024266#i for a reply I posted a while back that discusses the use of frequent enemas.
I can tell you that I have known some people who have taken practically daily cleansing enemas using an enema bag for 20 years who can still have a normal BM on their own if they skip a day or two.
However, I have never met anyone who had used daily enemas for 30 years who could still move their bowels without the help of an enema, but virtually all of them didn't think it was a problem and were quite content. It was just part of their normal daily routine.
Again it's a very individual issue, but I can say that the large majority of people whom I have met personally who use enemas regularly are as healthy and active or more so than the population in general. It's probably linked to the fact that they pay more attention to their health and fitness than the others.
