Yes, patience, hard sometimes... you get so close to your goal! I made a comment to a friend the other day that I wished someone would just put me in a coma for 45 days, and i would wake up completely fasted and thin!

yes, I to will be starting a more active exercise plan soon myself. I have the Turbo jam DVD set, and plan on putting them to use. As of now, all i really do is daily activities and walking. I do want to build some muscle tone, I plan on looking better in my 30's than i did in my 20's!
You know, interesting point. Our weight charts when we look at them, do go up and down, but are consistently in a downward trend.
I remember not so long ago just wanting to get under 200 pounds. Then it was "Just to get under and STAY under 190" So, we are going in the right direction.
