Hi Jackie,

No I haven't reached my weight goal yet, but I am not going to force nature. My weight has also gone up since the end of my last fast, but that doesn't worry me either:

It's taken years for me to get fat, and really it's impossible for me to transform from a struggling morbidly obese character into a fit athletic person with a six pack overnight. Even though there is a weight increase at the end of this latest water fast, I know this always happens and then the increase stops sharply and tapers off, at which point I feel satisfied and active and it starts slowly falling on track with the rest of the graph. The important thing is that graph is gradually coming down at it's own pace. About 15 months work total I figure, done about 12 so far. Then begins the fitness...

 I am currently 32 inch waist versus 47 or 48 a year ago. The irony is it's hard to find 32 inch jeans these days (I am small framed) and it will be even harder when I get to 30. Yet before I could not find jeans big enough, lol! That's a long way to come in a year so I am not complaining.

 You too have done very well, so be patient, like me, haha!
