I tried fasting to completion, but my body told me to do otherwise. As usual I am putting on weight at the end, but overall steady progress downward all the same.
Good luck if you do a fast to completion, but for weight loss I am now convinced that 10 to 15 or 20 days is probably the optimum, so don't be too hard on yourself if the going gets tough.
