Hi
I'm 54, my doctor told me I had HBP,
and gave me medication. I asked him how
long would I need to take the medication???
He answered the rest of your life!! (BS)
I believe once you start take this type of
medication your body get use to it, and after
time it reqiures more.
What I did was to take the medication for 3 months,
started excisering to lose 50lbs that I was overwight,
cut out alcohol, and started eating better.
my hp is normal now.
