My BP is around 115/70. I have found out that the food I eat has a large effect on my BP readings. Two oz of Celery juice will drop my BP to 90/60 for four hours. Same goes for eating acron squash. If I eat tortilla chips my BP goes to 145/90 for four hours. I am sure there are other foods that will move my BP up and down. I am just not aware of them and their effect maybe smaller therefore not as noticeable.
