FOG no MORE

It's been the first month of pretty much zero brain fog for me in three years. The relief is absolutely amazing! I'm so happy about this, and I'm back in control too, not the sheet of fog that would invade my thinking and make me feel "drunk" much of the time...

I can not be any more serious ---people need to GET ON OXYGEN THERAPY ASAP. It works!

I think that most brain fog is from infections of some sort (excluding brain injuries and such). For that reason I also think some 95% of those with brain fog will see great results from O.T. B.F. can be from metals too, but O.T. address that too (it oxidizes metals too so the body can excrete it).

If you don't know anything about oxygen therapy yet, getting going can be as simple driving to the local supplement store and buying some Cellfood (by Lumina), or Oxy-Max (by Earths Bounty), or going to the co-op grocery store and buying some 35% food grade hydrogen peroxide, or buying Sota Instruments water ozonator, or moving on up and going big by buying home ozone equipment.

I didn't have much money while starting so the first thing I did was go get some 35% food grade hydrogen peroxide (H2O2) from my co-op for six dollars (quart size). I did 2 glasses of distilled water with 10 drops of H2O2 (Hydrogen-Peroxid) a day. I did a daily enema with 15 drops per quart of water and then I would spray H2O2 (Hydrogen-Peroxid) on my body AFTER a hot bath (with pores open from the heat) and let that just sit on my skin for 15 minutes (I sat in my empty but warm bath tub with the spray on me). For a body spray you have to water down 35% H2O2 (Hydrogen-Peroxid) to a 3% solution. The six dollar quart size I bought lasted me a good 3 weeks. BUT by day 4 of this daily treatment MY BRAIN FOG LIFTED AND HASN'T RETURNED. Yay, yay, yay!!!!

I should mention that my diet is very alkaline - lot's of greens and nettles tea, mostly raw and with considerable hemp protein, omega 3 oils and other super foods and nutrients. I rebound from 20 to 40 minutes daily and am doing liver flush's one a month as well. I had been doing these things for little over a year before starting the Beck protocol and O.T.

I learned about O.T. from reading about the Bob Beck protocols... By the way I was never able to determine what my infection was exactly, I was drawn to the Beck protocol because you don't need an exact diagnosis, and you don't have to track down which parasite you might have so on and so on... Anyway, I had to wait a few weeks before I could order the instruments for the Beck protocol, so I was doing the hydrogen peroxide before the other 3 steps. I credit the entire Beck protocol with helping me feel strong and well again (each part works in a little different way) but it was definitely the H2O2 that cleared my fog. I have not been on the full program long either, but I am feeling fantastic, and my gut tells me I am doing the right thing to solve my illness and recover fully.

O.T works by basically seeking out all the garbage in our systems and "burning it up" (oxidation) so we can get rid of it all -but it does NOT harm healthy cells. Our whole planet's oxygen levels are falling too so we have much less than 150 years ago (aprox 40% less), and the bugs are becoming stronger because of all the Antibiotic over use, with less oxygen we are less able to burn up bug invaders....

Treating the base infection might take more than just the O.T. though too, so I feel people should apply the whole Bob Beck protocol.

If you want to start this protocol Ed McCabes book Flood Your Body with Oxygen is the starting point ---but while you are waiting on a book order, go get yourself some Oxy Max drops and spray (hydrogen peroxide is excellent but you have mixing to do and some people might not like that).
