Stage Two
I'm figuring why my immunity has been in such a mess and now have a SECOND PART to my treatment. Along with the Beck protocol and oxygen therapy I am now working on intestinal recovery. I've learned it is responsible for a good 85% of my immunity, and the low immunity being what has caused the brain fog.
The low immunity has allowed pathogens and their toxins to take hold and build up around my nervous system (and in the blood) ---and my intestines are just in such a mess that foods are not digesting and nourishing my body and brain.. Two fold underlying problem!
I've pretty much pin pointed my brain fog symptoms as being from candida ---though this has been harder to figure out than one would think (a good 3 year process) Anyhow, I LOVE LOVE LOVE the Oxy and Beck protocol (thank god I found those!!!!) but now I also know that I NEED TO REBUILD my intestinal health. Without this I simply will not recover, I would only be killing the pathogens that have been affecting my brain but not creating the healthy system that needs to take over the job of normal healthy stability and protection.
STAGE TWO will come after the Beck and Oxy treatments since those two will effectively be acting like anti-biotics and will kill off some of the healthy bacterias along with the bad. I am sick enough to need the Beck and Oxy rather than just starting at intestinal rebuilding though. I am amazed though just how sick pretty much standard American foods, lifestyle and medicine over the course of ones childhood can make us so very ill. Amazing.
But to cut too the chase, we need food to digest correctly so the food does not ferment etc and start feeding pathogens ---this will demand proper food combing. I have found that this is serious business, no messing around. When pathogens grow their toxins disturb the brain and body.. No fun at all.
So there is the food combining, but THEN the gut needs a good two
pounds worth of all sorts of healthy yeasts and bacterias to control unhealthy pathogens AND chelate metals and other toxins. This will go beyond probiotic capsules, and require eating and drinking fermented foods on a daily basis (while avoiding all the really unhealthy stuff and combo's). You have to rebuild the body's internal ecology! There is so much evidence that brain health is directly related to gut health.
