I have done 4 flushes and have had the post flush attack two of the 4 times. I agree that it must have alot to do with the new stones moving forward and also the shock to the poor gallbladder. Even if I don't have a full blown attack, I always get these weird little pangs of pain on and off throughout the day after a cleanse. What works best for me is lots of water and low fat food. Its strange but I also seem to do better when I have atleast a little fat than fat free. Also, and this is totally experience based, certainly not scientific, but salad seems to throw me into an attack sometimes. It makes no sense to me and it doesn't happen all the time, but I have had stones for a long time and I have tried salad before when I thought it would be safe and instead it made things worse. I do well on things like baked potatoes, orange juice and soups with a few crackers or a small amount of cheese.
