Was this your 1st flush?

I am assuming this was your 1st flush. If so, what has probably happened is the 135 stones you passed have caused other stones to move forward. There may also be a stone that needs to come out immediately. I would advise doing another flush if you do not feel better today. Remember, too, your body has received a shock and it needs to recover.

Remember, sometimes you have to feel worse to get better. But, in the long run, it's worth it!
