Does anyone have a secret for avoiding the cakes, pies and junk we are exposed to at the holidays? I am in a family that expects these goodies and I am the cook. At least when I cook them myself I know that they are not full of preservative and additives. I will be strong one day and avoid even tasting of what I baked, then the next day I fail. Isn't Sugar and flour one of the biggest causes of Gallstones (which I have). It seems foolish to keep doing cleanses when I am not passing any stones, altho they are still there.
