I am on the Arise & Shine program and this is my third real cleanse since June. I am also on a seperate parasite liquid formula which seems to be really helping! A couple of months ago, I actually had parasites come out of my mouth from behind my sinus cavity!! My naturopath said he would also like me to start a liver cleanse because my liver is sensitive.
I was wondering about the gallbladder stones for two reasons:
1.) It runs on my Mom's side of the family
2.) On my second cleanse, I suddenly had about 50 or so yellow balls come out and they all floated to the top.

For years, since I was a teenager, every once in awhile I do have sharp pains on my right side near the lowest rib that can last for a few minutes. This is very infrequent though.

Oh, I take three b&p shakes a day.
