Hi all!
I have been reading your posts for a few weeks now and love all the stories.......very encouraging!
Anyway, four days ago, I suddenly felt sick to my stomach and it felt like someone dumped a bag of sand in my stomach and it was moving around in there. I had the nasea for a couple more days, but I had no pain. I have been doing the P&B cleanse for a few times and I've been getting quite a bit out.....a lot of parasites too. Just wondered if this was gall bladder problems I've been experiencing?

MoreThis is a reply to # 128,587Hi there! Your nauseous feeling might be the toxins moving around...people sometimes do feel icky for a few days when they start to cleanse. Someone else might have some other information, however! I'm curious...how long have you been taking the B&P and how many times a day? Are you taking a seperate parasite cleanse/killer program at the same time, or are you getting parasites out just with the B&P?? Most curious. Yes I am! Were you getting parasites out when you were feeling nauseous? Could be the die-off of the parasite that made you ill...hmmm! It sounds like you're feeling better now, though? And continuing with the B&P? Wow, you must feel great having gotten out so much plaque AND parasites! Good going!Advertisement

I am on the Arise & Shine program and this is my third real cleanse since June. I am also on a seperate parasite liquid formula which seems to be really helping! A couple of months ago, I actually had parasites come out of my mouth from behind my sinus cavity!! My naturopath said he would also like me to start a liver cleanse because my liver is sensitive.
I was wondering about the gallbladder stones for two reasons:
1.) It runs on my Mom's side of the family
2.) On my second cleanse, I suddenly had about 50 or so yellow balls come out and they all floated to the top.
For years, since I was a teenager, every once in awhile I do have sharp pains on my right side near the lowest rib that can last for a few minutes. This is very infrequent though.

This is a reply to # 128,591Hi again...oh, I wish I knew more about specific gallbladder pain. Someone else will let you know tomorrow, probably. So you have never done a Liver Flush then? With the epsom, olive oil and grapefruit?? Your little yellow balls just came out when you were doing another cleanse? (so many questions eh?) I've done 2 Liver Flushes now (dr. Hulda Clark s) and had goldeny balls float to the top. Sounds much like yours. I've never had gallbladder or liver problems, but I think that everyone can benefit from the flushes. It looks like you'll be doing the Liver Flush next! (it looks like they really want to come out!)
Oh and...woah! It's hard to imagine parasites coming out of ones mouth! ick. Bet you're glad they're gone!

This is a reply to # 128,591Rich Anderson, who developed the Arise and Shine cleansing program, has an interesting and plausible theory on the development of mucoid plaque. According to him mucoid plaque develops as a result of acids and toxins, and the primary culprit is bile acids that result when the liver/gallbladder is congested. This is the result of insufficient organic minerals and electrolytes which enable the body to maintain an alkaline state. Mucoid plaque and Gallstones most often go hand in hand. And they each contribute to the other. This is a very simplistic version...a detailed explanation is available in his books: Cleanse & Purify Thyself I & II.
