I keep a jar of powdered milk by the sink and just sprinkle a little into my hand after I've wet my face and rub it all over and then rinse it off. You could also make a thin paste in your hand and use it that way. I imagine regular milk would work just as well...I just don't hardly ever have it in the house. I've never tried it in a bath, but I'm sure it would be great to bathe in...Cleopatra did! Tweet
