My friend spent copious amounts of money on alkalizing drops, diets etc.... He started using sodium and potassium bicarbonate and acheieved alkalinity within days... swears by it.... but I think you may have to watch the overalkazlizing
which he noticed.

buy some ph paper (If you have done so) - I think that desired ph is around 7.0 to 7.2?

if you google "ted from bangkok" I think on earthclinic.com he has some excellent posts on the subject.
