I have tried the NIH regimen, im on day 9...i believe you have to be on it for at least 2 months before you notice a difference. Initially I would suspect the odor to get worse before it gets better which is whats happening to me. I assume this is because the body is releasing all the toxins using all the supplements im taking, especially the charcoal.
