Re: Infections with mirena

Hi there,

I have had numerous yeast infections & bacterial vaginosis infections which I do attribute to my wonderful Mirena iud *sarcasm*. I have had an occasional yeast infection prior to the Mirena, (never a bv infection) but this is ridiculous! I have an appointment tomorrow for yet another bv infection & am going to work on getting my iud removed.
Also have had tons of other side effects which I always questioned docs if it could have anything to do with the iud, but they all said "no not the iud". Well, this site has made me realize that they don't have a clue?! Tweet
