Re: can u still have stones even though scan didnt show them up?

If your gallbladder is not working properly it is often a sign that there is a problem elsewhere such as the liver or bowels. Somehow the chemistry of the body has become unbalanced and a cycle of poor bowel health and poor liver function occurs. The symptoms are intolerance to foods which haven't cause problems before, such as milk. Also skin problems, weak hair, tiredness and foggy brain. The trick is to break this vicious cycle. If you don't then it is very difficult to solve bowel problem and food intolerances .

The pains that you describe matches that of gallbladder/biliary pain if they start about 30 minutes after eating. If they start 2 to 3 hours after eating then they may indicate poor bowel health due to poor body chemistry. If your bowel movements are light coloured or even clay like then this is also a sign of gallbladder/biliary function. I have suffered from very bad gallbladder pain and also bowel pain and they can be very similar but both have responded very well to a liver-flush. I have got rid of biliary pain completely and reduced bowel pain to minor discomfort and I know from my own experiences that there is a relationship between the bowel and liver/gallbladder health. I have also found that changing the way I eat and what I eat also makes a difference.

If you have a regular bowel movement and urine flow then try a liver-flush which will expel a large amount of 'toxic' bile and force the liver to make fresh uncontaminated bile. You can also start to make lifestyle changes by looking at what you eat and drink and making changes.
