With such strong rhytm and intensivity of all the steps you consider in your fast it is obvius that Hexheimer is on the work ( Hexheimer - die off effect according to
german physiologist ).

Preparations are good almost necessary in your very intensive process. This way you prepare your colon and liver for intensive excretion of toxins and metabolites.

Enema is also necessary in such srong procedure.

Try it. I am sure you'll feel better.

For the liquid I use sage tea and also wheatgrass ( :):) this time ) diluted juice from the second harvest. I use only first harvest ( I must give my respect to Jeff-Grassman, because he gave me the hint ) for drinking juice. Second is valuable for me only for making diluted liquid for enema.

I am familiar with coffee as enema from the curezone published stories, but must admit have no experience.

Curious about your experience with coffee.

My colon cancer is stopped and malign formations even got back .

I think you can never beat the cancer. I am sure that all the people who survived cancer are aware of this. That it stays there to the rest of life.
You just learn how to accept it and manage to heal. But it stays always there hiden and give you the message on nature ( how do we humiliate the nature ).
